Our participation in the Gourmets Show has been an exceptional opportunity for
consolidate our position as a benchmark for high-yield, reduced-yield cured ham
in salt. During these days, we have shared with the professional and general public the
The result of 38 years of experience, innovation and commitment to quality,
well-being and a new way of defining the flavor of ham. The fair has consolidated
as a key meeting point, which has allowed us to strengthen ties with
collaborators, distributors and colleagues in the sector, in addition to continuing to learn and
growing alongside the major brands on the national and international gourmet scene.
The balance couldn't be more positive. We left Madrid strengthened and with a great
renewed enthusiasm. The interest generated by our products has exceeded our expectations
expectations, especially with regard to consumer-oriented lines
conscious and healthy lifestyles. This confirms a trend we have been following
time observing: cured ham, well prepared, with less salt and of high quality,
is beginning to take its rightful place in the healthy world as well.

Collaborations through actions in sports centers, with institutes of
research, presence at healthy eating events and communication
direct, visual, and educational on social media. We highlight specific benefits
such as its high protein content, its low fat content and its reduced amount of
salt. In addition, we have opted for new formats and product lines that respond to
the needs of an increasingly broad and diverse demand.
From the Region of Murcia, we work every day to ensure that the products of our land
have the prominence they deserve in haute cuisine. We are proud to
to be ambassadors of our region, and that is why we take care of every detail of both the origin and the
process as the way we tell what we do. Currently, we export to
numerous European countries such as Germany, the Netherlands and France, as well as markets

as demanding as Japan, Singapore or Australia, without forgetting our presence in the United Kingdom
United. Our vision is global, but without ever losing the local essence that defines us.
For 2025, our expectations are ambitious. We are living in a time of
consolidation, but also opening to new horizons. We want to continue
growing, expanding channels, reinforcing our message of health and sustainability, strengthening
