IFS Food
This international standard certifies the review of our processes and products to ensure they are safe, authentic, and of high quality, all in accordance with legal requirements, transparency, and comprehensive traceability.
Welfare Quality
The Welfair animal welfare certification, approved by the Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA), guarantees animal welfare on farms, in breeding areas, and in slaughterhouses.
Spanish Heart Foundation
The Spanish Heart Foundation recognizes our SuperHam Cured Ham as a reduced-salt product. SuperHam has a sodium content 25% lower than other products in the same category.
SAE Level 3
Certification of our procedures implementing a Specific Self-Control System (SAE) to be able to export to those Third Countries that require additional requirements to those applicable to trade within the European Union.
ETG (Traditional Specialty Guaranteed)
The Serrano Ham TSG protects, classifies, and enhances the image of this product. We have certified our process and product, giving value to the "Jamón Serrano" brand and ensuring a quality product.
Iberian quality standard
All our Iberian products are certified under the Iberian Quality Standard (RD. 4/2014), meeting the quality characteristics that all products from this breed must meet.
Calculate and Reduce
Calculation and Reduction Seal from the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, recording a reduction in the average emission intensity of the carbon footprint derived from our industrial production.
