A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of receiving a visit from a team of healthcare personnel from the Murcian Health Service through 1001 Flavors of the Region of Murcia. 🏥🧑⚕️ During their visit to our facilities, they were able to learn about the company's history and see firsthand the entire process of our careful and special curing in the drying rooms. We also shared with them the nutritional benefits of our reduced-salt ham, which follows the highest food safety standards. 🐷🔒

As part of this gastronomic tourism program, we met this friendly group of women who save lives every day in their workplaces. We were able to share our passion for ham with them, along with a tapa from our SuperHam and a glass of wine from our friends. Silvano García Wineries, it was a moment our colleagues will always remember. 🍷🍖
